Khachali Lake Impact Report" evaluates OneStage's RWB project in Garhwa, Jharkhand, funded by A.T.E. Chandra Foundation via NITI Aayog. Addressing water scarcity, silted ponds, and poverty, rejuvenation boosted irrigation, cropping intensity (Rabi expansion), productivity (22-23% rise), and incomes (SROI 2.35). Community-led with tech-monitoring, it cut costs 8-9%, enhanced livelihoods, and formed Water User Committees for sustainability.
EDUCATE TO EMPOWER
The Educate to Empower programme transformed five schools by improving teaching quality, student engagement, and learning environments. Through teacher support, interactive pedagogy, scholarships, and STEM exposure, it boosted student confidence, reduced fear of core subjects, increased attendance, and strengthened career aspirations, creating a holistic and sustainable model for school transformation.
RIPPLES OF CHANGE
Ripples of Change" details OneStage's PANI project in Sohna, Haryana, rejuvenating rural ponds with Rio Tinto support. Pre-intervention, silted ponds caused water scarcity, agricultural decline, and women's drudgery. Post-revival, enhanced water retention boosted groundwater, farming, biodiversity, and community governance via Village Water Committees. Holistic impacts foster sustainability and resilience.

The World Giving Report 2025, published by the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) in partnership with 20 leading civil society organisations, is among the most comprehensive studies of global generosity to date.
